Caroline Hurst Lecture Hub

Caroline has been lecturing, and teaching courses, in Behavioural Optometry, Binocular Vision, and Motor Training within Optometric Vision Therapy since 2007.

Opsis: Caroline is a co-author and co-developer of the Opsis Behavioural Vision course with Paul Harris and Robin Lewis.  The course has eighteen days of education arranged as six, three-day sessions, over a year.

Motor Training within Optometric Vision Therapy: Caroline has been teaching this course since 2007, updating each course when it is presented. This course includes the effect of the learning from the Primitive Reflexes on the development of vision, how to test that learning is in place, and to work with activities in Optometric Vision Therapy (OVT).

British Association of Behavioural Opticians (BABO): Caroline is the instructor for three of the five BABO Core Courses – OVT1 Introduction to Behavioural Optometry, OVT2 Nuts and Bolts and OVT5 Motor Training within Optometric Vision Therapy.
